Pumpkin Spice Overnight Oats
Fall is in full swing, and I'm embracing the flavors of the season, so that means ALL the pumpkin! I love cozy mornings when I can curl up with a good cup of coffee and a hearty breakfast. I've been on an overnight oats kick lately, and adding pumpkin was a game changer for me! This recipe is delicious and quite filling; it boasts around 11 grams of fiber, 15 grams of protein, and is an excellent source of vitamin A. I'd say that is a pretty impressive and solid way to start your day! I want to know what y'all think, or if you add a different twist to change it up a bit.
