Looking for a convenient and nutritious breakfast option to add to your list? Look no further than this baked oatmeal. Oats are a great source of fiber and protein, which means they will keep you feeling full and satisfied. The great thing about this breakfast food is that it can be made over the weekend, stored in the refrigerator, and heated in the microwave on those busy mornings when breakfast doesn't seem like an option.
Baked oatmeal can be made so many different ways, but for this recipe I've added blueberries, which are high in antioxidants. Slivered almonds also provide some healthy fat. I hope you enjoy this hearty oatmeal, and maybe it will make it's way into your breakfast rotation!
